I like the general prioritization. Some thoughts:

1. Re general prioritization: it's important to stack the problems in importance but also how uniquely the Merkle team is able to solve the problem. I'd rank problems that Merkle is uniquely able to solve higher 

so for example, thought #2

3. Re the last option: "applications should lean into becoming wallet applications" - I doubt application builders want to build wallets. Building a secure wallet is scary. Also, ETH users will have a different experience in the future with AA. Would be good to keep that future in mind.

2. Re "Educating users and developers" - this seems like something the open source community can do well! Farcaster.xyz could open source and communicty could contribute to making it better. For example, I had ideas to improve the Notion doc for Signer Requests but couldn't suggest a PR. @purple could fund this too!
