I am not holding any $nouns and will definitely not be adding my noun to liquidity. I think this path is a bad idea —but not as bad as it would have been by prop. 

It’s the same as $nogs imo so not sure there’s a logical reason for 2. And the whole BV focus got us here & hasn’t been helpful.

how to make everyone happy:
1. increase # of power badges allocated to users
2. assign a rank to each power badge user, so that when they report a cast, the flag's weight is based on their rank, giving more influence to experienced users when reporting spammers.
