The intern NFT from BASE has highlighted the usefulness of having NFTs on your Farcaster profile to signal to others that you are "open to work." It's only a matter of time before we mint NFTs to showcase that we are Open to Work and demonstrate skills. Web3's LinkedIn will operate on Farcaster with these tools.

Companies will start creating their own Skills NFT. Think Coinbase issuing 10-15 NFTs for different Skills and people aspiring to obtain them as part of their annual evaluation…another great incentive!
