You just need to delete the wallet you usually use from the list of verified wallets in Warpcast and then add it again. This way, it will be first in the list of verified wallets again, and you will be able to see the information you're looking for.

I have this problem too.
What is the reason?

Oz, if you have verified a new Ethereum wallet (Warpcast) this month, you will be able to claim your points for this month using that wallet.
