Bitcoin is the father of 430 altcoins: So far, 2651 digital currencies have been offered in the digital currency market. But the interesting thing is that 436 digital currencies have been obtained directly or through indirect forks from Bitcoin. Bitcoin forks tried to compete by offering more features but failed.

It's fascinating how Bitcoin's influence extends to so many altcoins, with hundreds directly or indirectly stemming from its original codebase. While some forks attempted to differentiate themselves with added features, Bitcoin's resilience and dominance in the market remain unparalleled.
