introducing Stories - a farcaster-native stories app

- each post expires after 24 hours
- composer action for posting new stories (in review)
- frames for viewing stories (see below)
- sign in with farcaster on stories.steer.fun for same functionality as composer action

planned:
- basic editing tools
- standalone (probably native) app easier browsing stories of the people you follow

Does it support video? If so, it's not playing on my end.

And how will i be able to check other's stories? Will there be actions for it or only through this frame?

Would be really cool if there's an action. 1 click actions on one's cast and then boom you'll see their stories.

Yeah thinking of the best ux here, I don’t think it’s in frame because it’s too very performant
