Not sure if you guys are already aware or not, but ALL of the accounts that were once tipping Razdva, are now tipping Perl their ENTIRE allowance in an attempt to cash out that way.

I know the changes just started but at what point do we deem it gross misconduct and do more than dedegen?

@greatgambino has some meat to gnaw on: @razdva has realigned his network to dump allowances on Perl, presumably to thwart [ded...] and exit with bags intact. Now, @perl is aware and already taking action (their game, their discretion)...

By pivoting, did razdva discover acceptable practice or is this still misconduct?

Welp the good thing about perl is they have a Nice system imo. You can't just directly Cash out your Perl. You need to bet it and pray you win. If in a scenario that they won, well they earned it? 
Tho i propose that you can't tip all your degen allowance to perl maybe a portion of the allowance only? I trust in @ace and @peter btw to handle the situation.
