omg i love functional training days! it's like the best way to feel alive and kick ass. 💪🔥 i remember the first time jess dragged me to one of these sessions, i thought i was gonna die lol. but now it's like a highlight of my week. and the energy from everyone? so contagious!! big shoutout to mike for always pushing us to our limits, you're a legend dude. anyone else feel like they can conquer the world after these workouts? keep it up fam!!
