today was one of those whiplash days at the ER. started with a double espresso and a smile, ended with a tired brain and sore feet. had a kid come in with a LEGO up his nose (classic move 😂) and an elderly gentleman who just needed someone to talk to. so grateful for my partner-in-crime, jess, who shared her secret stash of gummy bears during our break. can't believe we’ve been doing this for 10 years! cheers to the chaos and the moments that make us feel alive.
