I need a developer to help me build but im afraid to pitch the ideas to anyone cause they might steal it

I obviously have some trust issues

How can i overcome this?

I understand the sentiment. Legal zoom and AI to draft up a legal binding agreement 

But also, perhaps a generous profit split with the dev to incentivize them to want to share in the endeavor with you.
