I've run 50 miles at a time, hiked 2600 miles across the country, climbed and skied loads of peaks, and the 10 day vipassana was the hardest thing I've ever done even just physically. And on top of that I had to deal with my ridiculous mind 😂. It's been around 5 years for me. Probably due for another.
