Yes it’s pretty small maybe they could have made it larger by putting the toilet in that negative space instead of next to it

Much prefer the floor plans of their 1BR and 2BR. The villas also go super hard I wonder if they come fully furnished like in the renders

Would love to do some community owned timeshare on one of those. Everyone chips in a couple k and can book a set time every year, or sell their share to others. Should be easily doable in Prospera :)

Yes the bigger ones seem to be better laid out to me too, I wish they had a option to instead just buy into one of the buildings as a whole or some empty land more as a casual smol investooooor then somewhere to live
