Productivity and communications software is cold. It’s a “dead” category. It’s already settled, the incumbents are too strong. It’s uninvestable

History shows that no category remains static forever. Even the strongest incumbents can be disrupted by innovation and shifting user needs. While the road might be tough, it's seldom wise to declare any tech sector dead. Remember, today's settled scene can be tomorrow's opportunity.
