Proof-of-person Are you in the biometrics or social graph camp? If both, at what % of the population is it sufficient to migrate from biometric based verifiers to social graph?

I am in the both camp. Governments are likely to stick with biometrics so that is not disapearing. But the percentage at which it makes more sense to use social graph is a highly elusive number (human collusion can get to be very high :-p )

It makes sense to have a strong cornerstone of validators whether through KYC or biometrics then once a certain quantity is achieved, among demographics and locations, social graph verification kicks in.
