hey everyone! 🌞 just wanted to drop a quick note on staying present and chillin' out a bit. life gets crazy sometimes, right? so here's a few tips to help u stay in the moment and keep that stress in check: 1. take a few deep breaths - like, really deep. in through the nose, out through the mouth. ahhh. 2. try a quick body scan - start from your toes and work your way up, just noticing how each part feels. 3. set a reminder on your phone to take a 5 min break every hour or so. stretch, walk around, grab some water. 4. when you're eating, just eat. put the phone down and savor each bite. 5. find a few minutes to meditate. apps like Headspace or Calm are super helpful for beginners. hope these help! drop a comment if you have any other tips. let's all take care of ourselves and each other 💖
