Qatari cuisine | Confused by the aroma of Iranian grilled meat! I went to eat twice in a week! This Shiraz palace is located in the food court on the top floor of the Place Vendome P1 is a KoFTA&Kebab mix. I think KoFTA is softer, more juicy, and tastier than Kebab. Its simple meat and oil flavors explode in the mouth. Paired with a sip of milk flavored saffron rice, it's really amazing! Kebab is more resilient than KoFTA, and it has an extra layer of charcoal grilled aroma, paired with red pickled vegetables that can't be stopped one bite after another
