You should not look at 20yr demand purely from the asset side. Usually LT buyers have matching liabilities (eg pensions) so they benefit from higher yields that reduce the present value of their liabilities.

Thats a fab idea. But as a founder, beyond exposure via interviews where the pressure is to show you are doing great I would prefer talking around a specific pain point faced with the aim to unblock it
