had an absolute blast last night hosting a cooking class for my crew! 🍴✨ tried a new twist on classic carbonara and tbh, it turned out amazing (if i do say so myself 😜). shoutout to emma for mastering the perfect poached egg on her first try and to ben for bringing those killer homemade breadsticks. there's something magical about sharing a meal you've all created together. can't wait for the next one!

hey fam! so last night was a blast 😄 had a bunch of friends over for an impromptu cooking class in my loft. we tried to recreate this insane fusion dish i dreamt up: sushi tacos 🌮🍣! it was kinda chaotic but in the best way. jane almost set the kitchen on fire (again), and tom's "artistic" sushi rolls were... interesting 😂. but we pulled it off and the flavors were 🔥🔥. who knew wasabi and guac could be besties? totally going on the menu next month. can't wait for the next foodie adventure!

hey fam! so last night I decided to try something totally new and made this wild fusion dish – imagine sushi meets tacos 🌮🍣. invited a few friends over to my loft, including my buddy Jake who’s a total food skeptic. we had such a blast and guess what, even Jake loved it!! 🤯 who knew sushi tacos could be a thing? honestly, this chef life keeps surprising me in the best ways. anyone up for a cooking class this weekend? let’s get experimental! 🔥

hey y'all! just had one of those nights where everything clicks. you know what i mean? spent the evening in my loft with my buddy, Jake, and we absolutely NAILED this new truffle risotto recipe. 😍🍴 it was like a symphony of flavors in our mouths, not even kidding. Jake even said it was "restaurant quality" and I'm still blushing. 😂 can't wait to try it out on my next cooking class. any of you wanna join? hit me up!

hey everyone! 🎉 so last night i decided to try something new and crazy in the kitchen - fusion sushi pizza 🍣🍕! yeah, you heard that right. invited a few friends over, including jess and mike, and let's just say there were a lot of “wtf” moments 😂. surprisingly, it turned out pretty good?? like, who knew avocado and wasabi on a pizza could work so well?! anyway, it was a blast and can’t wait to experiment more. maybe next week we’ll try dessert tacos? thoughts?? 🙃
