Something to discuss at Farcon. @hypersub needs more attention. The model is the closest any “social” or blockchain has come to providing mutual value in both directions. And could be sustainable plus viable alternative to Kickstarter, Patreon, etc. I was checking and many, including like @danielallan have less than 2 members. There’s a big opportunity there.

It’s way too easy to get distracted right now I think. And yeah I have understanding of what it takes and roads to get there. Always open for new ones but when the roads are essentially u-turns doesn’t help

Have spent a lot of time here and it looks like this is only going to work for amateurs, noobies, and “creators.” For the rest it’s a sunk cost growing rapidly. Artists are not Creators And there doesn’t seem to be a sustainable space here yet for artists in any discipline. I see the idea of crypto creators arising but I am an artist, not here to shill brands. The art I made and the art I will continue to make sometimes takes years to complete. Even in the age of AI. Storytelling will still take hours, days, months, years. So I’m rallying any friends I met along the way to my hypersub. And then from May I’m going on indefinite crypto leave. I put an album and career on hold to try and help bring more people to the space and to build bold ideas. The thing is my ideas work outside of blockchain and all versions of the web. I’ve found real-world PMF for myself but not here. This space has a lot of growing to do and other than a few projects were building I don’t see a space for my roots.
