I think tokens are a generic term for "onchain unit store of value". Value can be anything from art NFTs, tokenized real world assets, identity, etc. Coin is a conical term for "unit of money". While you could call it a stabletoken, you lose on the contextual connotation that comes with using coin.

They pioneered ERC6551 to preserve stories onchain. @tim from Eth Foundation believes that Ethereum L1 is more of an ephemeral bulletin board than long term storage solution. PMs also have the thankless job of herding cats! A product doesn't launch once the code is written; there are business, legal, marketing, sales, and a whole bunch more that has to be coordinated. The PMs job is ensure they all happen, ultimately so the customer gets what they need ๐Ÿ™
