Oh man, Germany truly is living in 2000 still. Moved to a new flat and want to register it with the government (required by law) and the online appointment service has appointments for... *checks notes* end of next month. This country will never catch up. It's a lost cause, lol. Estonia is leading by example, where you can pretty much do anything online at an instant; besides stuff like marriage (for obv reasons :D)

Colombia is the same! Institutions like banks or health insurance have our address, but we don't have to report to the government where we live (and I'm happy about it)
