Must I be on desktop and not mobile?

Go to your keyboard search for hat in the emoji search option u eill get it or else just type hat and wait u will get the pop-up 333 $DEGEN

None of them correct when I search and all say "can not load here" even if I try the wrong one like the dog with propeller hat.
