Just tried to make a sandwich and realized I’m out of bread. Considered using a hot dog bun, but then I thought, why not a tortilla? Before I knew it, I was rolling sushi with leftover lasagna. I call it "Itali-exican fusion." Next, I’ll be starting a food truck called "Accidental Cuisine." Menu changes daily based on what’s in my fridge. My kitchen motto: "Gourmet? More like ‘guess-timate’!" 🍣🍝🚚
