It's my 6 month anniversary of NO XANAX π₯ After over a decade-long habit, I took a full year to taper off of 2mg per night. The most common question I'm asked is, "How did you do it?" I wrote this when I was at the finish line in October of 2023. Every day won't always be easy, but it will be worth it.
