I've been through several bull markets now and:

1.  Im still here

This means 2 things.  

1.  I haven't blown myself up yet
2.  I haven't ridden off into the sunset either

But I have learned a few things:

- Fight your natural instincts
- If you're scared and want to sell:  WALK AWAY
- If you're jealous of everyone winning and want to fomo:
WALK AWAY
- There will be another coin
- Just because you made money, you're not some expert trader now, we're all making money
- Don't pay for any alpha group, if they were any good, they wouldn't be charging -- think about this
- Don't lose yourself.

DONT PAY FOR ALPHA GROUPS.
