Visiting my parents + grandparents for a few days in between Miami and NYC this week. Reminded me how important it is to spend time with loved ones and how grounding it can be to remember how lucky we are to be doing any of this in the first place.

Hold on to your loved ones! I was surrounded by loving family as a kid. Now that I’m all grown up they are no longer with us and the pain never ceases. I miss them dearly and never imagined my life without them.
