I think it comes down to prioritizing and setting boundaries. For me, it’s about time-blocking dedicating certain hours to Web3 tasks, others to your nail tech practice, and leaving some space for rest.

You'd have to plan your time well, work with a calendar, schedule your tasks, your nights would be short cos you might have to do some tasks then to cover up for what you missed during the day You'll find a balance, im rooting for you. I also have a day job, when im on breaks I do my best to engage in web 3, and stuff Oh and you have such a nice friend :)
