Memecoins in some sense are the most pure form of money - there is no guns, no platform, no banking shennagians, sustained purely by the will of the people (at least when done well)

Most people will think of the lack of these backing as flaws but I think that’s missing the point all together - the lack of these allows the community to be infinitely flexible and agile, changing the narrative and community structure to whatever fits the zeitgeist and reasoning of the moment. 

That’s why dogecoin is so resilient, despite having much less coordinated technical and financial development compared to bitcoin, eth or any other top chains around. 

It’s pure user generated money (UGM) and i think that instead of looking down and underestimating it, we should instead very much appreciate the beauty and miraculous nature of it all.
