growing up, my mom ingrained this eleanor roosevelt quote in us: "great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people" while not always easy (and sometimes i fail), she taught us its best to ask "why" before concluding "what" about "who" leading with curiosity most always wins
