But then again pain doesn't always means harm. Sometimes it is body, mind and spirit expanding, Making a room for a better version of you.

Growth always come with discomfort. Every hunger pang , every tired morning - it became fuel.
It wasn't just suffering, it was shedding.

Growth is not pretty.
