$OMNIX is a utility token within the omnichain ecosystem. Omni X ONFTs and OApps integrate $OMNIX for transaction and utility fees, while brand new on-chain experiences will treat the token as a core part of their design. Omni X Foundation is also exploring the potential for $OMNIX to be used as a governance token and a medium for revenue redistribution of the protocol in the future.
