Everyone has a list, thats mine

- Write down what might causes and analyse, writing helps to see your situation more clear
- Get a routine if you dont have any
- Try to regulate your sleep
- Eat healthy, get vitamins and drink water
- Meditation, mindfulness is recommended
- Go for a walk everyday without exception 
- If you feel you need professional help dont hesitate to ask for

Today I thought about this cast all day! 

How easy to guide and show the way to others, throwing big words, cheer them up and support.

But when it comes to you, you dont show the same compassion, biggest irony and scam in the world 🤦🏼‍♀️
