I made and offer for superrare fan token. I offered 400 moxie per token. But opening price was around 200. I didnt get any token, why? What was wrong ?

Changing the bidding system after the first few auctions had confused many people. In the first few auctions you would put the number of tokens you wanted after that betashop casted and stated that from now on you should put your total budget in the second step of the auction.
