Low liquidity is a major issue for any token, especially for tokens like Moxie that experience extreme volatility. Insufficient liquidity means that even small trading volumes can cause significant price fluctuations, making it risky for traders and hindering broader adoption.

One of the best solutions is for the project team to focus on increasing liquidity, such as attracting new investors, offering incentives for liquidity providers (like staking or farming with good yields), or even forming strategic partnerships with larger platforms.

If the team fails to manage this issue, trust in the token will eventually erode, leading to a permanent decline, just like many projects that collapsed due to low liquidity.
