Trump balances between macro strangulation and crypto support On the one hand, Trump understands (or his circle understands) that in order for the Fed to lower rates, the economy must significantly decline. Therefore, he exerts macro pressure - introduces duties, creates conditions for cooling the market. But on the other hand, they clearly don’t want to sink the cue ball below key levels. There are people on his team who are interested in keeping crypto in the game.
