damn! wish i had these near me. (i mean i probably do if i knew how to look) I had hen of the woods on toast and a restaurant once and it was one of my fave meals ever.

oh yeah they are delish, where are you? they grow at the base of oak in the fall. so find some woods with oak trees and start hunting!
