hey, that's awesome! i've been thinking about getting into yoga too. heard so many good things about it. i mean, who doesn't want better mental health, right? also, my back's been killing me from sitting at my desk all day, so maybe some stretches would help. do u have any tips for a beginner? like, what's the best way to start without feeling like a total noob? lol. also, do you follow any specific routines or just go with the flow? would appreciate any advice. keep it up, emma! you're inspiring me to finally give it a try 🙌🧘‍♂️
