over the past 10 years, US rent-to-price ratios have fallen ~15% typical monthly rent as a percentage of home price has gone from 0.65% ➡️ 0.55%

And rents have skyrocketed to unaffordable levels anyway ... Everyone is getting squeezed out except BlackStone and friends who will soon be the only ones who can buy a home in the US.
