Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome.
This shit sucks!! My wife has been trying to figure out why her morning sickness from her last pregnancy never went away and got worse afterwards for 2 1/2 years. None of the Drs had any idea why, it took 5 or 6 hospitalizations before they finally figured out it was CHS. Now she has to stop cold turkey after 20 years, I'm quitting too to help but it's not the same for me, she uses it to medically treat several other conditions where cannabis helps but medications don't. So now it's back to the drawing board on a lot of health stuff for us. But at least we have an answer about the hyperemesis. And thank Goddess she hasn't had a kidney failure or something yet, read how bad CHS can get if not treated. I believe it, it's horrible, she was convinced she was dying.
Sorry just venting a bit but also sharing with /marijuana-family because at first I thought the Drs were just anti-pot. Anyone know someone with this?
