My grandparents meeting Reagan and Elizabeth Dole in 1985. He was an executive at Conrail and they were celebrating Reagan's privatization of the publicly owned US railroads. Elizabeth Dole was Transportation Secretary at the time. My politics took an absolute 180° in two generations that's for sure 😂 I never had a conversation with him about politics or any of this so I don't know how he felt about it.
