You'll be attacked by those who don't like what you have to say. They'll probably have more money and clout than you, and it'll feel like shit because it's easier for them to punch down and silence you rather than address your root point.

...but just remember that, for every hater, there will be 3 more folks in your DM's thanking you for speaking up. They're the ones who can't speak up (usually because it would risk their job).
