Awesome to see how many people are showing up at Bernie's rallies. The one in Denver with AOC was the biggest of his political career (~34k).

I wish I could be happy for it but I can't understand channeling that social movement energy into the Democrat party even after everything we've seen... People are as desperate as ever for a real opposition party in the US but if we can't get away from the duopoly we'll never be able to achieve it.

IMO what gave us Trump and fascism is the Dems capitulating and enabling it and embracing corruption. But anyway I'll stop whining on someone's positive post, sorry 😂

I completely disagree. Main characters like Ralph Nader thought we needed a 3rd party but only helped GW Bush win and gave us all of his failures, all of which enabled Trump to take over the GOP.
