In 2014, I didn't have much money, so I visited all the real estate agencies to see what I could afford. I came across squatted, uninhabitable houses and eventually bought a tiny house that had practically nothing—just four walls and a roof. I had to completely renovate it, tearing everything down to rebuild from scratch. I spent countless hours there, dedicating all my weekends and days off. I wanted to create a home for my family, and it took me 10 years to achieve that, but I did it. Keep building and never give up on your goals. Just build

That's awesome, love to see it. I'm an appraiser and my favorite part is watching people rehab older buildings and get creative with it. Looks really nice. Hoping I can do something similar next time the market is at a low point like that, maybe in 2028 - 2030. Just have to survive the time in between and hope Blackstone doesn't already own everything by then lol!

Lol yes, it keeps hope alive, I was going to see all the agents to ask them to show me their worst houses.
