whats the best cough drop or anything to help with a dry cough, been going on three days (USA based)

Just take a straight shot of everclear, it'll strip off a layer and then you can regrow it 👍
Fr though my favorite is just a little bit of good quality honey for a cough drop, and rosemary for breathing. You can put some in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, and put your head over the bowl with a towel over it to breathe the steam. Rosemary is an expectorant so it can help clear your lungs. GL
