Phonograph Dark Horse is a fuzz based on the famous Univox Super-Fuzz. Explosive nature of the sound with interesting compression, signal attenuation from ragged to viscous. The tone is regulated by a switch as on the original - in the lower position there is a standard sound, in the upper position the middle is cut off and a furious octave effect is created. 🎸🎛🤘😆🔥

I finally got around to watching the 1941 movie The Maltese Falcon. This movie made Humphrey Bogart a star of the first magnitude. This movie is considered the beginning of the film noir genre, for which I have a lot of respect. There are tons of references to this movie in world culture. And yet I have only just seen it now.

I was thinking what would be so interesting to watch. First I wanted to watch the new “The Crow” (2024), but then I decided not to spoil my vacation and watched “Dark City” (1988) again. It's a sci-fi movie directed by Alex Proyas, who also directed the original The Crow (1994). A peculiar atmosphere that only Alex could create, great actors. Some kind of Kafkaesque aftertaste. Who was not frightened by this description and who has not yet seen this movie - welcome. It is interesting to hear your opinion.
