For instance I'm on level 1 and didn't qualify for this season 1 but is it possible I qualify for this 30 million $Social even if I'm still at level 1 as the time of the Airdrop?

If you connect lens and farcaster and become level 2+ then you can become eliginle for bonus reward. Level 1 users are not eligible for this too
