It's counterintuitive but the most effective thing we can do to improve society is to raise awareness of how humans develop and what we all require to develop properly.   

This enables people to understand why some people behave destructively  and harm themselves, others or the environment. This enables people to understand how to bring more in more people to behave constructively. 

This is the key to resolving all challenges, because people behaving destructively is the cause of all challenges. 

Anybody and everyone can help raise awareness about the fundamental emotional and physical needs all humans have. We can do so for free with our voices and fingers or with money by paying for Public Service Announcements. If we do this enough, we will end war, poverty and environmental degradation.
