beef stew made in a crockpot is a classic. You can freeze it in individual portions for easy reheating later. Another option is chicken and vegetable soup cooked in a pressure cooker. The flavors meld together nicely, and it freezes without losing much quality. Lentil soup is also a good choice. It's hearty and freezes well
