Base recently posted a photo of a billboard with the words “Adidas onchain” on their X (formerly Twitter) profile. The recording was reposted by Adidas representatives on their official X account.

“Base” is a large Layer2 network on Ethereum, which is incubated by the Coinbase exchange.

This kind of collaboration for cryptocurrency represents a significant breakthrough towards integration into web2.
