Potato casserole with pork in a multicooker Ingredients: 550 gr. - potatoes 300 gr. - pork 100 gr. - hard cheese 100 gr. - onions 200 gr. - tomatoes Parsley 80 gr. - sour cream Pepper mix and salt Sunflower oil Preparation: Put not coarsely chopped meat into the multicooker bowl, it should be salted and peppered, then a layer of coarsely chopped onions, potatoes grated on a coarse grater (it can be lightly salted), put tomatoes in sour cream mixed with salt on the potatoes. Cook in a multicooker on the "bake" or "multicooker 125C" mode for 40 minutes. After the time has elapsed, sprinkle the casserole with herbs, grated cheese, close the lid and leave for 2 minutes on the heating. The casserole is ready.
